Bill Haldane | AACI, P.App
Bill is a Red Deer Native and began his real estate appraisal career in 1977 working with his dad Bill Haldane Sr.
Bill began appraising single family dwellings and soon after with the guidance of Bill Haldane Sr. branched out into appraising multiple family residential development as well as commercial and industrial properties
Bill received his AACI, P.App designation in 1985
Bills AACI, P.App designation qualifies him to appraise all types of Real Estate.
He participates in the Appraisal Institute of Canada mandatory recertification program and is currently recertified

Jason began his appraisal career when he joined Haldane Appraisals in June 2022 as Candidate Member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada
